What is the difference between Copic Sketch and Copic Ciao markers?
Copic Sketch markers feature an oval body, are available in all 358 colors, and are compatible with the airbrush system. Ciao markers are round, more affordable, and available in 180 colors, making them ideal for beginners while using the same high-quality ink.
Are Copic markers refillable?
Yes, all Copic markers are refillable using Copic Ink. Each ink bottle can refill a Sketch marker approximately 7 times, making them an eco-friendly and cost-effective choice for long-term use.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your supplies sooner for a specific project.
What is your return policy for opened markers?
Due to the nature of art supplies, we only accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If a marker arrives defective, please contact our support team for a replacement.

Can I replace the nibs if they become frayed or dirty?
Absolutely. We sell replacement nibs for all Copic marker lines. You can easily swap out Super Brush, Medium Broad, or Fine nibs using a pair of tweezers to extend the life of your markers.
